  • By subscribing to any service, you agree to recurring billing terms as outlined at time of sign-up.
  • Services may be offered monthly, annually, or on custom terms.
  • We reserve the right to implement, modify, or discontinue any subscription model at our discretion.
  • If a subscription is active, terms of cancellation, renewal, and refunds will be made clear at the point of purchase and honored accordingly.
  • If you cancel before your next billing cycle, your service will remain active through the remainder of the term and you will not be charged again.
  • Refunds are generally not issued unless otherwise specified, but billing concerns will always be reviewed humanely.

PlotMatch Subscription Policy

PlotMatch offers collaborative tools, AI prompts, writing rooms, and magical story matches. Some features are free, and some require a subscription — which helps keep the creative spark alive ✨

Subscription Terms
When you sign up for a PlotMatch subscription, you’re agreeing to a recurring charge (monthly or annual) depending on the plan you choose.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel in advance. We’ll give you a heads-up before any changes, and your account will always show your current plan and renewal date.

Canceling
You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date. Just log into your account and update your settings — or email support@plotmatch.co and we’ll take care of it.

When canceled, your account will remain active through the end of the billing cycle. You won’t be charged again unless you resubscribe.

Refunds
Because PlotMatch gives instant access to premium features (and AI costs are real!), we don’t offer refunds once a billing cycle starts. However, we’re real people — if something went wrong or you have a billing concern, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
